How to Order

The inspiration for this custom commissioned chandelier was the Mississippi River. The private residence has sweeping views of the river in New Orleans, LA and the artist designed the work to reflect the industry of the waterway just a few blocks away. The lower frame is hand crafted mild steel with a patina finish. The upper sculpture is a copper cabled suspension wire tensioned through the center axis and mimics the rope of the vessels. The hand blown crackled glass balls in shades of amber and gold have an iridized finish. The large sculpture hangs in the dining room over a custom table that seats 24. The interior illumination provides intimate lighting for numerous social gatherings in the space. The work is a UL listed Incandescent Luminary and copyright protected.
